These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mealnest the Meal Planner ("Meal Planner", "we", "us"), including the website, the preference quiz and the customer account area. By using Meal Planner you agree to these Terms.

1. What Meal Planner is

Meal Planner is a meal organization and grocery planning tool. Based on the preferences you provide, it generates weekly meal plans, simple recipes and grocery lists.

Meal Planner is designed for meal organization purposes only and does not provide medical or nutritional advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

2. Allergies and ingredients

Meal plans take the allergies, restrictions and foods to avoid that you share into account, but suggestions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking every ingredient. Always verify ingredients and product labels before consumption.

3. Purchase and access

  • Meal Planner is sold as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and you will not be charged again automatically.
  • Payments are processed by TucoPay through a hosted checkout page. We do not store your card details.
  • After your payment is confirmed, we email a single-use activation link to the address you provided. Access to your account is personal and must not be shared.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity in your account. Contact us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or using automated means to generate content at scale.

6. Content

Meal plans are generated for your personal, non-commercial use. We may update, improve or discontinue features of the service over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meal Planner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reactions to ingredients you chose to consume.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
